Medical Transcriptionist is a person who listen to the dictated recordings from doctors and medical professionals about the treatment undergone by the patient and transcribe them into the written reports and other materials. 
They use headset to listen to the recordings, computer or word processor to transcribe the recordings. 
It is type of Medical jobs from Home. whoever have good typing speed and medical knowledge, for them this can be a good option. Companies who hire medical transcription work from home ask for experience or certification. Some of companies hire without experience.
Now many Insurance companies have made typed records mandatory.

3500 to 30,000. Salary depends on experience, application of knowledge and typing skill.

Flexible timings. Depends on company requirement.
  • Qualification?

Housewives, students, VRS individuals, nerses, science graduates, dentists,  English graduates etc. can apply.
  • Proficiency in English language(writing and reading).
  • Good listening, writing and comprehension skill.
  • typing, basic computer and internet skill.
  • Knowledge of  medical terms and human anatomy(not necessary).
Certification / training  in medical transcription added advantage.

  • What is virtual Assistant?

Virtual assistant is a person who provides administrative, secretarial and clerical support to a client. Complete tasks like  sending out correspondence by mail, data entry, phone calls, transcription, setting appoints, internet search etc. It is becoming popular work from home jobs.

Also know as personal assistant, virtual personal assistant. Educational requirement is depend on employers need, some of them may requires high school education while other may wants graduate degree. 
Equipment you may needs are computed with with high speed internet connection, printer, scanner, fax machine etc.

Pay is vary from 5$ to 20$ per hour depending upon experience, knowledge.
